In this webinar, the underlying mechanisms of disfluency will be explained, assessment will be demonstrated and treatment options will be discussed and shown.

About the speaker - Dr. Van Zaalen

As Associate Professor at Fontys University Eindhoven, Dr. van Zaalen is responsible for scientific research and education related to health innovations and technology with a specific interest on interprofessional collaboration and fluency disorders.
As a speech-language scientist she did her PhD on differential diagnosis in fluency disorders (including imaging techniques). Dr. van Zaalen has over 30 years of clinical experience and 15 years of experience in leading national and international clinical research projects in the research area of fluency disorders

and interprofessional collaboration.
