SUMMARY:Hong Kong Graded Character Naming Test (HKGCNT) Provider Certification Workshop for Speech Therapists 《中文讀字測試》工作坊
DESCRIPTION:HKGCNT is designed for use by professionals serving children with reading difficulties. It is a simple assessment tool through which a primary school child’s reading ability can be compared with children of the same grade. Test results also provide specific information for therapeutic management. The test kit comprises a test manual\, six different stimulus presentation sheets and six different recording forms for each of the different grades. \nThis three-hour certification workshop will cover: \n1. Theory of Chinese character reading\n2. Test development and standardisation\n3. Test features and application\n4. Implications for therapeutic management of reading difficulties\n5.
