SUMMARY:K-Taping oral motor for speech therapy
DESCRIPTION:We are delighted to invite Dr. Roger Ehrenreich\, International Master Trainer of K-Taping Academy\, to deliver K-Taping for Oral Motor in Hong Kong again! \nK-Taping® supports an extraordinarily wide spectrum of treatment forms and is an effective tool for every therapist\, physician or athletic trainer. The desired effects can only be obtained by using the correctly applied taping technique in combination with the elastic K-Tapes® specially developed for the K-Taping® therapy. \nOriginating in the K-Taping® Academy in Germany\, K-Taping® therapy has become an established fixture in more than forty countries across the world and is an integral part of treatment. This treatment method has undergone massive developments in the previous years. The K-Taping® Academy has successfully conducted a variety of studies with partners such as the Research Department of the Charité Hospital in Berlin (Germany) and further studies are currently being carried out. Despite this\, the method calls for further experimentation and research in a number of fields. \nThe K-Taping® Academy is represented in large parts of South America such as Argentina\, Venezuela\, Mexico\, Costa Rica and many more and has been collaborating with the professional association in Brazil since 2011. \nThe effective use of K-Taping therapy in speech and language therapy and the development of the special K-Taping speech and language therapy course arose from this international collaboration. \nThis workshop focuses on delivering the four taping techniques which are: \n\nMuscle Techniques\nLigament Techniques\nCorrective Techniques\nLymphatic Correction Techniques\n\nDate: 22 March 2023 (Wed)\nTime: 8:30am -6:00pm (Lunch Provided) \nKTAPE_Oral Motor
