Description
The Lidcombe Program is an evidence-based, behavioral treatment for early stuttering. The treatment is administered by parents under the supervision of a speech-language pathologist. Research has shown that children can maintain high levels of speech fluency following treatment.
This workshop is designed for speech-language pathologists who are interested in working with young children who stutter. It will include short lectures, group activities, viewing and discussion of clinic visit videos, and case discussions.
