This training course pairs the principles of electrophysiology with traditional swallowing exercises in order to re-educate laryngeal muscles in patients with dysphagia. The course provides an overview of patient selection, a rationale for Neuromuscular Electrical Stimulation (NMES) parameter settings, and electrode placement.
